Our Projects
Our goal is to tackle different aspects affecting the education and mental health of the 'left-behind' children of China.
Online Learning
Curriculum
In response to COVID-19, we have moved to an online platform. Based on existing material, we have created online video-tutorials on a variety of subjects. These videos will continue to be developed and are easily accessible on our website.
PEN PAL Network
Separation from migrant parents threatens the mental health of around 61 million left-behind children, and in turn motivation for academic achievements. By creating a PEN PAL network, students can not only improve their English writing skills but also be offered emotional support.
Volunteer Network
In many rural schools, there is a lack of teachers available. This has a negative effect on students' academic achievement. Our volunteer network offers a multifaceted resource in classrooms. We have a four step process in selecting volunteers - an online application, request for interview, match with a school in need followed by training.
We continue to brainstorm new strategies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us through email or phone.
